Landscape Fabric

“Ever since 911 there have been armed boarder guards patrolling the bridge.”

I found this landscape fabric on Cornwall Island. You have to drive across a bridge that goes over the St Lawrence River but through Cornwall Island to cross the International Canada/US boarder and get to the south shore. There is the Akwesasne Reserve No. 59 on Cornwall Island. There is another reserve, St Regis Mohawk Reservation in Franklin County, New York. The Akwesasne Mohawk Council is on the south side of the river, but in Quebec. I tried to find it, but got horribly lost.
