I wondered if these trees might have been planted as the original boundary line between Lots 10 & 11 on the Colquhoun farmland, but my mum said they probably aren’t 200 years old. I don’t really know anything about tree identification. Are these even beech trees?
I know Robert married Elizabeth McNairn, the first White baby born in Glengarry County. I wonder how they met.
